Get Started with Bizi.

Bizi is a school-wide solution, not a classroom add-on. When your school partners with Bizi, you get more than software. You get a structured onboarding experience designed to set your staff up for success, a customized system built around your school's goals and culture, and ongoing technical support to keep it running.

PBIS works when it's consistent. Bizi gives your entire campus a shared language, a unified system, and the infrastructure to make that consistency the norm, not the exception.

Becoming a Bizi Partner School

Admin Onboarding

Before your school goes live, your leadership team works directly with Bizi to configure everything. This is where your system takes shape — built around your school's goals, expectations, and culture.

Your Bizi EconomyThe foundation of your system. Together we define how students earn BiziBucks for attendance, behavior, and academic performance — setting the rates, expectations, and earning structure that reflect what your school values.

Bonuses & FlagsBonuses give your school a way to celebrate students who go above and beyond. Flags provide a built-in accountability tool for noting behavioral concerns, creating a transparent record that supports MTSS documentation and family communication without adding paperwork.

Your Online School StoreYour store lives inside the Bizi platform and fully customized to your students. During onboarding you'll build out your inventory and establish your fulfillment process.

Faculty Onboarding

Bizi's faculty onboarding is designed to build both the confidence to implement and the belief in why it works. Teachers leave their onboarding session feeling clear, confident, and genuinely excited to see it in action with their students.

Optional features that let them personalize their Bizi experience for their students:

GroupsTeachers can create groups within or across classes — giving them a flexible tool for targeted recognition and support. Groups work for reading centers, afterschool tutoring, and enrichment clusters. They're equally powerful for ESE teachers building groups across classrooms or staff running Tier 2 and Tier 3 MTSS support groups — making it easy to recognize and track students who need it most.

Class StoreTeachers can run their own store exclusively for their students stocked with privileges and rewards that mean something in their classroom. Assignment passes, VIP seating, trips to the treasure box, brain breaks, lunch with the teacher. Small rewards, big impact.

Reporting, Impact Tracking, & Ongoing Support

Bizi makes it easy to see what's working and act on it. School leaders and teachers have access to real-time dashboards and reports at every level.

School-Wide DashboardsAdministrators get a bird's-eye view of attendance, behavior, and academic trends across the entire campus. School-wide leaderboards make it easy to celebrate students publicly and build the kind of recognition culture that reinforces positive behavior beyond the app itself.

Class & Student ReportsTeachers can pull individual student and class-level reports instantly — tracking progress, spotting patterns, and identifying students who may need additional support.

Family Progress ReportsEvery two weeks, Bizi generates student progress reports that can be pushed directly to families — keeping parents looped in on attendance, behavior, and academic performance in a format that's easy to understand and opens the door to meaningful conversations at home.

Ongoing Tech SupportOnce you're live, we're not gone. Bizi provides continuous technical support to keep your system running smoothly.

Data Integration: Where the Automation Happens

The magic of Bizi's automation starts with one thing: a secure, reliable connection to your district's student data. For the first school in any district or network, this is a one-time setup that unlocks everything.

Bizi uses a standard nightly SFTP data transfer — your district shares a secure file of attendance, behavior, and academic data, and Bizi does the rest. No manual exports. No teacher input. Just automatic, overnight processing that keeps every student's account current by morning.

We've done this before. Bizi provides:

  • Pre-built data templates so your IT team knows exactly what format we need — no guesswork

  • A clear, step-by-step integration process designed to minimize lift on your district's side

  • Dedicated setup support from our team to walk your IT staff through every step

  • Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) included — Bizi's standard DPA is based on the Florida National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) Version 2, developed by the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) — a recognized framework built for exactly this purpose. For districts with their own DPA templates or specific requirements, we'll work with you to modify or adapt as needed. See our Terms & Policies for full details.

Once the integration is live, every school in your district or network can plug into the same data connection — making expansion straightforward.

 FAQs.

Dive into our FAQ section to find answers to all your questions about Bizi.

  • Most traditional systems rely heavily on teachers manually tracking points, handing out paper tickets, or managing spreadsheets. Bizi automates the process through district data integrations and simple staff tools, making recognition more consistent, scalable, and sustainable across K–12 campuses.

Bizi also goes beyond behavior by supporting attendance, academics, school culture, and financial literacy in one connected platform.

  • The Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), funded by the US Department of Education, has conducted extensive research on the impacts of implementing schoolwide PBIS systems. These impacts include increases in student achievement, well-being, and safety paired with decreases in referrals, suspensions, and dropout rates. Their research also indicates that consistency is a key barrier for successful implementation.

  • Parents can access Bizi through their student’s account to view progress, earnings, purchases, and school engagement. This creates a stronger home-to-school connection and gives families visibility into the positive behaviors and achievements happening throughout the school day.

Parents can also opt in to receive their student’s bi-weekly Bizi pay period report directly to the email address on file with the school. These reports provide a snapshot of student activity, including:

    • Achievements

    • Purchases

    • Bonuses

    • Flags

    • Earnings and account activity

  • Students earn digital school currency through goals and criteria established by their school. Schools can choose what students earn for, including attendance, grades, positive behavior, growth, leadership, or campus involvement.

Students then use their earnings through an online shopping experience built directly into the Bizi platform. Students decide whether they want to save or spend their earnings, helping reinforce goal setting, financial decision-making, and money management skills.

Schools fully customize their store experience based on their grade levels, culture, and goals. Campuses determine:

    • What rewards or experiences are available

    • How much items cost (smart pricing is suggested)

    • When orders will be fulfilled or available for pickup

Students place orders through the Bizi platform, creating a modern and engaging experience. Once an order is submitted, students receive communication around pickup or delivery timelines based on the fulfillment schedule set by the school.

Examples of rewards and experiences include:

    • School supplies

    • Spirit items

    • Event access

    • Classroom privileges

    • Incentive days

    • Teacher experiences
